Starting Date Policy
We strive to adhere to the schedule listed above. From time to time, due to unanticipated circumstances, we are forced to change the start date. If you register for a program and it becomes necessary to change the start date, we will notify you as soon as possible. We respectfully ask for your patience while we adjust the dates to accommodate any changes in the class schedule . We appreciate your flexibility.

Payment Plans:
For credit card registration: A deposit guarantees a space in the particular program. Payment plans begin the month the course begins and are automatically charged to the credit card.
For registraion by check: A deposit guarantees a space in the particular program. Payment installments must be received by the 10th of the month beginning the first month of the course

Recording and Auditing Policy

I understand and agree that the ADD Coach Academy reserves the right to record all teleclasses within the ADD Coach Academy training program.

Simply ADHD* and *Personal Transformation* courses may be sold to the general public.

The ADD Coach Academy will, at times, be subject to audit by the International Coach Federation and/or the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches as part of accreditation applications or renewal processes.

The ICF and/or PAAC may audit student records, classes, practicums, and exams as part of the accrediting process.

I agree to allow my student records and class recordings to be accessible for auditing purposes.

Refund Policy:
You may cancel without penalty before the program begins minus an administrative fee of $150. (terms for individual programs below)

Refunds will only be granted with ADDCA's receipt of the training manual in good order. The training manual is to be returned at student's expense.

If any unanticipated circumstance arise that prevent the student from completing the program, ADDCA may transfer student's registration to the next program pending availability & at the discretion of ADDCA. The student will pay the difference in the tuition costs.

*The cost of special offers will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy: Video/DVD Purchase
Unopened sealed videos/DVDs may be returned within 10 days and we will credit your credit card or issue a refund for the price of the item(s). Opened items may not be returned unless they arrive defective in which case they will be replaced with the same item free of any charges.

Coach Directory

Only ACG, PACG, MACG & AACG coaches can be included in the ADDCA Coach Directory. ADDCA coaches in our directory may add their website link to their listing if they meet the following criteria:

1) The coach must use the appropriate ADDCA designation (ACG, PACG ,MACG, AACG) on their website

2) The ADDCA certified Emblem with hyperlink must be displayed on their site

Although these criteria must be met, the ADD Coach Academy can choose to not include any website link for any reason.
